Hello! My name is Melissa, and I am an agent on The Marrali-DeSantis Group with the Mentor Howard Hanna office. I am an avid runner, I adore animals, and I love the outdoors! I am a mom of 4 boys and a daughter, and my husband, Tom, who is a firefighter.

An important part of my job is to keep myself privy to the ever-changing real estate market.  I frequently research materials to educate myself on the flow of sales trends. I try to stay abreast of the many pieces that fall into each person’s individual puzzle.  I have a vast knowledge of all areas of real estate - be it residential, commercial, or land. I have sold and listed properties in Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, and Cuyahoga Counties, as well as surrounding areas.

My services don’t end by only helping motivated buyers, as I have also listed and sold many homes for my dedicated clients. I will meet with you to do a thorough walk through of your home, as we discuss how to present the property to eager buyers to ultimately get the highest sales price out of your property.
